  • Not at all! This challenge is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, the workouts can be scaled to meet you where you are.

  • Yes! You’ll get both gym and home versions of the workouts, complete with video demonstrations to guide you every step of the way

  • Basic gear like resistance bands, dumbbells, or a kettlebell is helpful—but not required. Modifications will be provided so you can still get a great workout with minimal equipment.

  • Absolutely. The meal guide is flexible and provides structure you can adapt to your preferences, restrictions, and goals. It's not a strict meal plan—it’s a tool to support your energy and results.

  • At the end of the 5 weeks, I’ll review transformations based on visible progress, consistency, and commitment. It’s not just about the physical changes—it’s about showing up, putting in effort, and staying connected with the process.

    • $25 can help cover the cost of a platelet count test, critical for children receiving chemotherapy.

    • $50 can provide a day’s worth of meals for a St. Jude patient and their family.

    • $100 can fund an hour of physical therapy, helping children regain strength and mobility.

    • $250 supports a full outpatient visit, including exams, labs, and consultations.

    • $500 helps fund two days of inpatient care, completely free for families.

    • $1,000+ contributes to groundbreaking research that helps increase survival rates around the world.
