5-Weeks
_"I’m Tristen Luplow, IFBB Figure Pro and your coach for this challenge. I’m also a Stage 4 Neuroblastoma survivor. For 10 years, my family and I walked the hardest road of our lives—but we didn’t walk it alone. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital supported us every step of the way.
Now, it’s my mission to give back by helping others fight for their health, while supporting families who are fighting for their children’s lives."
💯 100% of the proceeds go to St. Jude.

💫 Why 5 Weeks?
In five focused weeks, you can:
Build momentum
See visible results
Break old patterns
Establish routines that stick
Prove to yourself that change doesn’t take forever—just consistency
We didn’t choose 5 weeks randomly. We chose it because:
Week 1 you show up
Week 2 you start believing
Week 3 you build resilience
Week 4 you feel the shift
Week 5 you see the proof
And by the end? You’re not “starting over” anymore. You’re someone who finishes.
Because 5 weeks is just long enough to change your habits… and just short enough to stay committed.

🎗️ Why St. Jude Is Different
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital isn’t just a hospital — it’s hope.
When a child is diagnosed with cancer or a life-threatening disease, families face unimaginable emotional and financial burdens. But at St. Jude, families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food. Not a single one. Because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
St. Jude does more than treat patients — it leads the world in pediatric cancer research, developing treatments that have helped increase survival rates for childhood cancers from 20% to over 80% since its founding.
Every child treated at St. Jude benefits from:
State-of-the-art medical care, completely free of charge
Family-centered support, including housing, meals, and emotional services
Access to innovative clinical trials and research breakthroughs
A community that surrounds them with compassion, dignity, and love
And when you support St. Jude, your donation doesn’t stop at one child. The research developed there is shared freely with doctors and hospitals around the world, helping save children globally.
By participating in this challenge, you’re not just showing up for your own health — you’re standing in the gap for families in their darkest hour.
