Stage4 Training Refund Policy
At Stage4 Training, we are committed to providing quality training services to help you achieve your goals. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Month-to-Month Subscriptions
Our month-to-month subscription plans are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded or prorated. If you cancel your subscription at any time, you will continue to have access to training services for the remainder of the paid billing period (our billing cycle runs every 4 weeks). For example, if you cancel one week after payment, you retain access for the remaining 3 weeks of that billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
2. Training Packages
We offer training packages that may be eligible for a refund within 5 business days of purchase, provided the request meets one or more of the following valid reasons:
You were mistakenly charged or double-charged for a package.
You experienced technical issues preventing access to the training materials.
You decided the package does not meet your needs and have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
Refunds will be issued minus any transaction fees incurred (e.g., Stripe fees). To request a refund, please contact our support team within 5 business days of your purchase with your order details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis and require verification.
3. Pre-Built Program Blocks
All Pre-Built Program Blocks are non-refundable. Once you have enrolled and accessed the content within a Pre-Built Program Block, no refunds or exchanges will be provided. You will retain access to the training app and all materials for the full duration of the Pre-Built Program Block.
